Embracing Authenticity in Communication

It’s fascinating how conversations have evolved in today’s world.

Many people seem to be either listening to respond or simply waiting for the opportunity to share their own viewpoints. This shift makes the innocence of mindless exchange feel different as we mature.

I’ve noticed this shift in my own relationships, leading me to become more distant. Regardless of how well I know someone, I often hold back parts of myself until I feel truly comfortable. While this approach has fostered my independence, it has also shaped my character in profound ways.

Not everyone has the ability to feel at ease with stillness in conversation. Some people strive to open up, while others remain reserved. My current challenge is to share more of myself during this season of my life. I’m eager to redefine the balance of exposure, awareness, and consistency.

To push myself, I’ve decided to write something every day and dare myself to share it. This commitment feels like a step toward embracing my love for writing, which has always been a part of my soul.

Let’s see how this journey unfolds. I’m excited to explore and share more of who I am.
